Rachael Montgomery – Owner

Rachael Montgomery is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over a decade of practice across both the NHS and private sector. Her background includes working in acute hospital settings, supporting patients through post-stroke rehabilitation, recovery following orthopaedic surgery, and general elderly rehabilitation.

Since specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Rachael has completed Master’s-level training in Advanced Practice Physiotherapy. This advanced training enables her to work closely alongside GPs within local practices and gives her enhanced skills in assessment and clinical reasoning. Importantly, it means she is able to screen for more serious medical conditions that may present as everyday aches or pains, offering clients reassurance that their care is thorough, safe, and holistic.

Rachael provides expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of muscle, ligament, and joint injuries, as well as persistent aches and pains. Her approach is focused not just on relieving symptoms, but on helping clients feel strong, confident, and resilient for years to come.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and family, and can often be found training for and competing in triathlon and running events, bringing a genuine understanding of the demands of an active lifestyle into her clinical practice.
